As its flagship model, the ID.7 joins the current all-electric ID series. The car, which is also constructed on Volkswagen’s MEB platform, is propelled by the brand-new APP 500 drive system from the automaker, providing increased performance and economy. This module has a dual-stage one-speed gearbox connected to it, a pulse inverter installed, and it is integrated into the rear axle. It will run on an 82.0 kWh battery (77.0 kWh useable) at launch; a more potent backup unit is scheduled for later iterations. A wagon version that isn’t available in the US is also planned, as is an all-wheel drive vehicle.

What’s New for 2024?
A new nameplate for the Kia brand, the EV9 is the latest in the company’s 11 new electric car lineup that will go on sale by 2026.

What’s New for 2024?
The Valhalla will be very different from the model that was previously teased as the 003 and temporarily dubbed AM-RB 003, following changes at Aston Martin that include the appointment of Tobias Moser, a former head of Mercedes-AMG, as CEO. The real version will have an AMG-sourced engine and a six-digit price tag rather than a seven-digit one, though there’s still a lot we don’t know. Additionally, it won’t begin shipping to customers until the second half of 2023, thus it will probably be a 2024 model.

Similar to the Ferrari SF90, the 2024 Aston Martin Valhalla will be a mid-engine hypercar with a hybrid drivetrain. The Aston’s exterior has a carbon-fibre engine cover, slick bodywork, and an enlarged version of the company’s grille. Its central tub is also composed of carbon fibre, and its dihedral doors will add to the Valhalla’s unique appeal. 998 horsepower is produced by the combination of a plug-in hybrid system and a twin-turbo V-8 engine from Mercedes-AMG.

The Valhalla is going to have a strong plug-in hybrid drivetrain. Its central component will be a Mercedes-AMG-sourced 4.0-liter twin-turbo V-8 with an unusual flat-plane crank design. Through an eight-speed dual-clutch automatic transmission, it will supply power to the back wheels. The front wheels will also be powered by an electric motor in addition to one that is built into the transmission. It is said that the Valhalla has 998 horsepower in total.

The all-electric Citroen e-C3 is scheduled to go on sale in the UK towards the end of 2024. The C3, a well-liked gas model that has sold 5.6 million units since 2002, serves as its model basis. There are very few cars that are as thrilling and adventurous to drive as the 2024 Porsche Macan. Even with its somewhat shed-like form, the Macan has many traits found in Porsche sports cars. The standard Macan’s 2.0-liter inline-four turbocharged engine produces 261 horsepower, which is a good amount of zip. Before giving way to the more powerful 434-hp Macan GTS, which we analyze separately, the Macan S is the second most powerful model in the Macan lineup with its 375-hp twin-turbo V-6 engine.

Although speed enthusiasts may want to upgrade to the twin-turbo V–6–powered S variant, it feels snappy around town. With a 3.8-second 60-mph time at our test track, the more potent GTS was only a few seconds ahead of the Macan S. Compared to the times recorded by the Audi SQ5 and Jaguar F-Pace S, the Macan S is noticeably faster. Although we don’t think an SUV needs to accelerate off the line that swiftly, we still appreciate it.
