Interior Fuse Box: Located behind a cover on the driver’s side instrument panel, accessible near the lower kick panel. This controls interior lighting, audio, navigation, and power accessories.

Engine Compartment Fuse Boxes: Two primary boxes are located in the engine bay. One is located near the battery (passenger side), and the other is near the cowl/firewall. These manage critical engine systems, cooling fans, and exterior lighting.

Inspect: The specific fuse layout and amperage requirements are printed on the underside of each fuse box cover. Use a fuse puller (usually stored in the engine bay fuse box) to remove the fuse; a broken internal filament confirms failure.

Replace: You must use a replacement fuse with the exact same amperage rating. Installing a higher-rated fuse risks severe damage to the vehicle's complex electronic control modules and poses a fire hazard.
Safety Note: Always ensure the ignition is in the OFF position and the key is removed before servicing. If a new fuse blows immediately upon installation, it indicates a significant short circuit that requires professional diagnostic tools to resolve.
