The 2000 Toyota Sienna typically features two primary fuse and relay locations:

Engine Compartment: Located in the engine bay on the driver's side, typically near the battery. Press the tabs on the side of the cover to lift it off.

Interior (Driver's Side): Located underneath the dashboard, to the left of the steering column. You may need to remove a small plastic cover panel to gain access to the fuse block.
