The 2014 Chevrolet Silverado features two primary fuse block locations to manage its electrical systems:

Engine Compartment Fuse Block: Located in the engine bay on the driver's side. This box is protected by a cover and houses the high-amperage fuses and relays for major systems, including the engine, transmission, ABS, and exterior lighting.

Instrument Panel Fuse Block: Located inside the cabin, on the driver’s side of the instrument panel. You must remove the lower cover by pulling it toward you to access the fuses. This panel controls interior accessories, such as the radio, interior lighting, and power outlets.
How to Read the Diagrams:

Accessing the Map: The specific fuse identification, slot numbering, and amperage ratings are printed on the inside of the respective fuse block cover.

Troubleshooting Tip: If an electrical component stops working, always consult the map on the cover to identify the correct circuit. When replacing a blown fuse, ensure you use one of the exact same amperage to prevent circuit damage. Using a higher-amperage fuse can cause wiring overheating or fire risks.
