Service reminder tracking and engine oil degradation monitoring on the 2023 Alfa Romeo Stelvio are regulated by instrument cluster TFT displays, steering wheel menu buttons, and engine management computers.
How to Fix It:

Turn Ignition ON: Press the START/STOP button without pressing the brake pedal to place the vehicle in the RUN ignition mode with the engine off.

Navigate to Service Menu: Use the directional arrows on the right side of your steering wheel to scroll through the instrument cluster display until you reach the "Vehicle Info" or "Service" screen.

Press and Hold Reset: Press and hold the OK button on the steering wheel until the oil life percentage resets back to 100%.
