Fore-and-aft seat positioning and manual angle adjustments on the 2022 Honda Civic are regulated by under-seat track locking bars, mechanical recline ratchets, and height adjustment lever mechanisms.
How to Fix It:

Adjust Seat Distance: Lift the track slider bar located under the front edge of the seat cushion, slide the seat forward or backward to your desired position, and release the bar to lock it.

Change Seatback Angle: Pull up on the recline lever located on the outer side of the seatback, lean back or forward to set the angle, and release the lever.

Pump Seat Height: Repeatedly pull up or push down on the outer height adjustment lever to raise or lower the driver's seat cushion height.
