How to Fix It:

Answer Call: Press the phone pickup button (green receiver icon) on the right steering wheel spoke or tap "Accept" on the touchscreen.

Decline Call: Press the phone hang-up button (red receiver icon) on the steering wheel or tap "Decline" on the screen to send the caller directly to voicemail.

End Active Call: Press the hang-up button once more when your conversation is finished to disconnect the call.
