Exterior illumination and headlight activation on the 2022 Honda Civic are regulated by steering column light stalks, ambient light sensors, and LED lighting control modules.
How to Fix It:

Turn Light Stalk: Twist the outer collar of the left steering column stalk to the "AUTO" position or turn it fully to activate manual low beams.

Push for High Beams: Push the entire stalk forward away from you to engage high beams (or automatic high beams when set to AUTO).

Pull for Flash: Pull the stalk toward you briefly to flash your high beams at oncoming traffic.
