Engine Oil Capacity & Specs:

3.8L V6 Engine (2007 – 2011): 6.0 Quarts (5.7 Liters) – SAE 5W-20 (API Certified / MS-6395 Approved) with spin-on oil filter.

3.6L Pentastar V6 Engine (2012 – 2018): 6.0 Quarts (5.7 Liters) – SAE 5W-20 (API Certified / MS-6395 Approved) with top-mount cartridge oil filter. (Note: Do not overtighten the plastic top oil filter cap; torque strictly to 18 ft-lbs / 25 Nm).
Preventative Maintenance Schedule:

Tire Rotation & Alignment Rules:

5-Tire Forward Cross Rotation (Recommended for Wranglers with matching full-size spare): Incorporating the spare tire extends overall tread life by 20% and prevents the spare tire rubber from dry-rotting.

Rear tires move straight up to the Front.

Front-Left tire moves back to the Rear-Right.

Front-Right tire moves to the Spare mount.

Spare tire moves to the Rear-Left.

4-Tire Rotation (Non-matching spare): Perform a standard Rearward Cross pattern every 5,000 to 7,500 miles.

TPMS Relearn: The Wrangler WCM/TPMS module automatically learns new tire position locations after driving above 15 mph (24 km/h) for approximately 10–15 minutes.
