How to Check & Replace a Blown Fuse

Turn off the ignition switch completely, press the Start/Stop button to cut all power, switch off all exterior lights and electronic accessories, and set the electronic parking brake (EPB).

Access the target fuse box (Passenger Engine Bay Cowl, Right-Side Trunk Wall, or Passenger Footwell Under-Dash).

Use the plastic fuse puller clip stored inside the engine compartment fuse box to grab and extract the suspect fuse straight out.

Inspect the translucent fuse body. If the internal metallic bridge wire is melted, severed, or discolored, replace it with a spare fuse of the exact same amperage rating.
