EMS: ENGINE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM

The most cutting-edge Engine Management System (EMS) of any 2-stroke enduro bike available is included on all GASGAS EC 2-stroke models, allowing riders to fully concentrate on the terrain ahead. The Electronic Control Unit (ECU), which engages a distinct map for each gear to provide optimal performance, is the brain of the system. It also includes a Rollover Sensor, which shuts down the motor in the event of a severe fall. Simply put, the EMS manages everything relating to fuel, air, and oil by adjusting the ignition timing and the quantity of fuel injected, using sensor data including intake air pressure, throttle position, and coolant temperature.

AIRBOX

The simple and entirely secure tool-free filter mounting mechanism on all GASAGAS enduro bikes is something that every rider can appreciate. The process of removing and replacing an air filter is quick, whether it’s at a shop or on the racetrack. Our Airbox is built with carefully placed input ducts that guarantee optimal airflow and safeguard the Twin Air filter, allowing for quick and simple maintenance and maximum airflow.

GAS TANK

All GASGAS enduro bikes have 8.5-liter fuel tanks, allowing for endlessly enjoyable forested trips. A bayonet-style filling cap offers a tight, dependable seal and is made of transparent polythene, which enables riders to see how much fuel is in the tank easily. All bikes are equipped with fuel level sensors, and a special routing keeps the external fuel line secure.

We install Braktec brake systems on all of our enduro motorcycles, offering riders control and confidence while also delivering exceptional stopping power. The front brake has a wavy 260mm front disc, an 11mm piston in the master cylinder, two 25mm pistons in the caliper, and a smooth, responsive action. The rear brake employs a 220mm rear brake disc and has a 12.7mm master cylinder piston and a 1x25mm piston caliper. Braktec brakes provide complete trust while minimizing weight, ensuring strong stopping power.

BRAKTEC HYDRAULIC CLUTCH

The Braktec hydraulic clutch system we fit to all GASGAS enduro bikes provides even wear, near maintenance-free operation, and perfect action – even in the toughest of enduro conditions. It’s also extremely light, which means less fatigue, especially through technical sections. Free play is constantly adjusted to ensure the biting point never changes and for 2024, there’s a redesigned lever for a little bit more comfort.

MAP SECTION SWITCH
Depending on the terrain or circumstance, you may occasionally want to use a different form of power delivery in Enduro. Herein lies the value of our newly redesigned Map Select Switch, which is offered by your neighborhood GASGAS dealer. Map 1 is incredibly pleasant and ideal for slow, tricky areas, and it offers two maps, making it simple to fit. Engage Map 2 and you’ll thank us later, though, when you require immediate action in deep muck and softer track conditions.

RADIATORS

A well-designed cooling system is a standard feature on all GASGAS enduro bikes since a motor that runs coolly performs better.
