REAR SEATS
Folding the Seat Backrest

- Before folding the seat backrest, stow the seatbelt in the stowage clip. This prevents the seatbelt from getting caught in the seat latch.
- Fold the outermost head restraints and pull the center head restraint up to the first locked position. See Head Restraints .
Note: If you have head restraints that do not fold, move the front seats forward to avoid interference between the front and rear seats. This allows the rear seat backrest to be properly folded.
- Press the button at the top of the seat backrest.
- Push the seat backrest forward.
- If you have folding head restraints, make sure they do not interfere with the seat cushion when folded. This allows the seat backrest to be properly stowed.
